For delivery to international countries outside Australia, you have two options for shipping:
International EMS courier service with 2-4 business day delivery from AU $28 (); or
International registered mail from AU $7 ().
When completing your order form you can specify your preferred shipping method.
We will quote you a fixed shipping price based on the weight of goods shipped & its final destination.
We provide express courier shipping within Australia. We use Australian Air Express courier service for Australian deliveries and the shipping time is 1-2 business days. Shipping within Australia by next day post Australian post from $5 & registered mail also available.
International EMS is affiliated with Australia post & is a trusted world wide courier company that provides fast and secure shipping. In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. EMS also offers Internet shipment tracking. Your EMS tracking number will be e-mailed to you along with the Website URL when your parcel has been dispatched You will then be able to track your parcel's movements while in transit
Delivery times are generally between 2 to 4 working days.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

This means that the above delivery time frames are the approximate time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. The actual date you receive an order will depend on whether we have your chosen product in stock in your size. The product ordered by you may or may not be in stock in your size. If the product is in stock in your size, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know when the product has been shipped to you and when you should expect to receive it. If your product is not available in stock in your size, we will contact you to let you know the manufacture time of the product and the approximate anticipated shipping date. Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation, of when your order was dispatched, quoting an approximate delivery date.
If you require your Jewellery item by a specified date you can e-mail us before placing your order to check the availability of the stock item in your finger size and/or the manufacture time. Please e-mail us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your item.

If you are not happy with our product we will refund to you the purchase price of the product provided we are notified and the product returned to us is in its original condition together with the invoice and packaging within 30 days of receipt by you.

Underwood Jewellers reserve the right to refuse to refund to any customer the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition, if it is not returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer, or if we have specially made the product at the customer's request.
Original new and unused condition means that there are no missing stones or damage to any part of the product, scratches, marks or any wear whatsoever. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used or worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and the purchaser will be charged for the full purchase price, any shipping incurred in delivering the product to the customer in the first instance and for the return of the product.
If you supply to us an incorrect finger size this satisfaction guarantee will not apply. We will however make any suggestions to you regarding resizing and if agreed, we may manufacture a new ring for you if necessary. Please note, that on most occasions there will be a resize fee, or if a new ring needs to be made, a remake fee payable if you have ordered in the incorrect finger size. Also, depending upon the difference between the inaccurate finger size supplied by you and the actual finger size there may be a small additional charge for a larger size. The cost of shipping for returning the original ring and any replacement ring will be borne by you. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping costs.
The customer will pay and be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the product to us. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product we will contact you to discuss a refund.

For those orders, we may require that the purchaser fax to us a photocopy of their credit card and driver's license for proof of identity and ownership of the credit card. What happens when you order?

When you receive your order will depend upon:

If we do not have your product in stock (in your size) we will manufacture it for you and e-mail you to let you know the manufacture time.
If you would like your product by a specified date please let us know in your e-mail. (E.g. wedding date or birthday date). If you require your order by a specified date we suggest you place your order as early as possible to ensure that you allow for any manufacture time.
If you do not know your finger size or if you are not certain of your finger size we suggest you have your finger size measured by a local jeweller. Please note that different fingers have different sizes and your left-hand fingers do not usually have the same finger sizes as your right hand.
We will contact you when we ship your order to you with an estimated delivery date.
Underwood Jewellers reserves the right to refuse any order if it believes that it is fraudulent or is suspicious in nature.

Underwood Jewellers have an extensive stock of Jewellery products in its commitment to provide its customers with the widest Internet Jewellery selection possible.
If an ordered product is not in stock in your size, Underwood Jewellers will arrange for the manufacture of that product (if possible). We will e-mail you to notify you of the anticipated manufacture time. If the product is no longer available, we will notify you and refund your money if appropriate.
All customer's placing orders are deemed to have acknowledged that when placing an order that the ordered product may not be in stock at that particular time and that Underwood Jewellers may manufacture or arrange for the manufacture by its suppliers of that product to fulfill the order. The manufacture time for some products may range from 2 days to approximately 6 weeks depending upon the product.
